Evening sessions typically last until 9:30 pm, whereupon conferees are invited to continue their discussions in an even more relaxed setting. Beverages and snack food are dispensed in the exhibition hall, which also contains the table top exhibits and the posters. Discussion of the day's talks or posters, plus any other matters on the minds of the conferees continue long into the night. Companies, organizations, or individuals that are interested in sponsoring an evening mixer are encouraged to contact Dr. Phil Williams (Email).

Note

Conferees are encouraged to bring their musical instruments. (Pianos, flutes, accordions, guitars, bag pipes, and, yes, harps have been welcome additions at past IDRCs .)
