Exhibitors

Space for exhibiting instruments or other commercial products is available to rent at the conference. The space may be utilized for the entire duration of the conference. The price for the week's rental is $1000 (but see below for discounts that apply), which includes a 2-meter table and a full registration for one conferee; this registration includes meals and dormitory accommodations as described in the brochure. It also allows exhibitors to have their logo and a link to their web site posted on the IDRC web site. For more information, please contact the Exhibits Coordinator, Dr. Howard Mark. Discounts (more than one can apply)

• Early registration entitles an exhibitor to a 10% discount (registration fee = $900). This requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 received by April 30, 2008 (or later at the discretion of the conference organizers), and complete payment on or before June 30, 2008.
  
  
• An exhibitor who wishes to not stay in a dormitory is entitled to a $100 discount.
  
  
• Exhibitors are entitled to a discount of $100 for registration of each ('secondary') conferee from the company, above the one included with the exhibitor registration (see the list of registration fees on this site).
  
  
• Note that registration fees for conferees go up by approximately 10 percent after June 30th (see the list of registration fees), so it is advantageous for an exhibitor to decide early on the number of additional company members attending and make this payment in full before this early bird cutoff date.
  
  

Details

• Exhibitors may give a presentation at the Exhibitors Session on Tuesday evening, August 5, 2008. There is no charge for this.
  
  
• If you do not wish to exhibit any products, but would like to distribute information, space will be made available in the exhibit area, for registrants only, to leave brochures, etc.
  
  
• Instructions for exhibitors regarding shipping equipment and all other matters pertaining to the exhibition will be sent to the registered exhibitors roughly two weeks before the conference. The shipping address is as follows (no shipments before July 20th):

Anyone wishing to sponsor any conference event (breaks, etc.) or sponsor conference souvenirs (pens, folders, tee-shirts, etc.) should contact Dr. Stephen Delwiche, the conference chair, for information about opportunities for sponsorship.
