Flight Information for Conferees

Plan to fly into Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) or Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI).  The typical, least expensive destination is BWI. 

IDRC is an international conference with a large contingent of international guests, many of whom are students or other academics.  If you can provide transportation between an airport and Chambersburg, please consider helping our visitors reach the conference!  Send your itinerary and contact information to David Semmes atindicating you can provide transportation to other conferees, and you will have the opportunity to help visitors with similar schedules.   We will certainly honor any special circumstances or limitations in your availability.   Similarly, If you need transportation from an airport to Chambersburg send your itinerary and contact information to David Semmes at mentioning you need a ride to IDRC, and we will try to "match" your schedule with other conferees who can share transportation with you to Chambersburg.  Also, please try to arrive at BWI between 9am - 5pm on Friday, August 1st if you are planning to attend the short courses.   If you are not attending the short courses then plan to arrive on Sunday August 3rd before 3pm.
